Refund and Returns Policy Effective Date: 1st March 2025

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Hackers Gurukul.
We strive to provide the best learning experience through our online courses, training programs, and digital resources in Cybersecurity, Ethical Hacking, and AI.

Since all our offerings are digital products and online services, this Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Digital Product Nature

All our courses, workshops, and training programs are digitally delivered through our learning platforms.
Once access to the course is granted (login credentials or content shared), the product is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product, we generally do not offer refunds after enrollment or access activation.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate payment for the same course.
  • Technical error during payment resulting in failed enrollment.
  • If the course is not accessible due to a verified technical issue on Hackers Gurukul’s end, and support cannot resolve it within 7 working days.

Note:
Requests related to “change of mind,” “not interested,” or “purchased by mistake” are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions stated above:

  1. Submit a written request within 7 days of payment to help@test.hackersgurukul.in
  2. Include:
    • Full name
    • Registered email address
    • Payment receipt or transaction ID
    • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Course Transfers or Substitutions

In some cases, instead of a refund, Hackers Gurukul may offer:

  • Course credit for another program of equal or lesser value.
  • Enrollment deferral to a future batch (subject to management approval).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • If Hackers Gurukul cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen circumstances (like low enrollment or technical issues), students will be offered:
    • Free transfer to another upcoming batch or program.

7. No Refund for Internship / Job Guarantee Programs

Programs offering 100% internship or placement assistance are intensive and resource-based.
Refunds are not applicable once a student is enrolled and onboarding has begun, as mentorship, tools, and training resources are allocated immediately.
